Chair Yoga

A therapeutic approach to yoga that uses a chair for support. Using a chair makes yoga accessible to people who cannot stand, have limited mobility, or those practicing with an injury or illness. Also a great form of yoga for desk workers.

Gentle Mat Yoga

Gentle Yoga is suitable for all levels. A calming class, including gentle flowing movements with supported poses. Perfect for a beginner looking for a mat class or those working with an injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.

Testimonials

“Andi's classes are extremely rejuvenating and relaxing while also strengthening and improving full body health. She is flexible and knowledgeable enough to adapt to any level of expertise even during class which makes for a very personal experience for everyone. “

“I just want anyone that has had cancer treatment to not hesitate taking chair yoga with Andi. I was very hesitant to try because of my body not tolerating other forms of exercise, but chair yoga was wonderful. First time in several years I felt good after a class, stretched, relaxed, and just overall feeling good for myself. This was monumental for me and has started me on my journey to wellness!”

-Sherri W.

“I took a class with Andi having never tried yoga. I wasn't sure it was for me, but it turns out I love it. I can't recommend her classes highly enough. She made it easy and I felt great after.”
